What is the name of this section heading? Continuing Education for Re-registration What is the verbiage regarding the renewal of license requirements? (4) Every individual practitioner of Pharmacy registered by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy shall prior to re-registration furnish to said Alabama State Board of Pharmacy, on forms furnished by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy proof by January 1 of each year, that during the preceding calendar year he/she had participated in not less than fifteen (15) hours of approved continuing education, three (3) hours of which shall be of "live" exposure. Hours of credit in excess of the minimum annual requirement may be carried forward for credit in the succeeding calendar year; however, no more than an excess of twelve (12) hours shall be carried to the succeeding calendar year. Notwithstanding the above carry over provision, no less than three (3) "live" hours shall be obtained in each calendar year.
